Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic projects to improve productivity across Customer Service, Field Service, and other service teams
• Analyse and assess processes to identify improvement opportunities and reduce inefficiencies
• Oversee and support kaizen activities across the region
• Deliver training and promote best practices in process improvement
• Drive standardisation and sustainability by understanding regional systems and processes
• Represent local needs in global business system enhancements
• Act as a liaison between APAC, global teams, and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with departments, including IT, finance, sales, and marketing, to align efforts
• Support the development of user requirements, testing plans, and SOPs for system changes
• Report regularly to Asia Service Leadership on progress and challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
• More than 5 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or customer service
• Proven experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle)
• Skilled in EDI, RPA, SAP BI, Tableau, MS Office Suite, SmartSheet, and Visio
• Familiarity with business functions such as sales, finance, manufacturing, and quality
• Possess Lean Six Sigma black belt certification
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level English
