Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage 18-30-month supply strategies in coordination with Demand Planning
• Place monthly purchase orders to overseas factories (Europe, US) for IC SKUs
• Ensure logistics and co-packing readiness at the distribution centre by coordinating with relevant teams
• Allocate optimal stock to appropriate channels such as retail, outlet, e-commerce, and sampling
• Lead supply planning reviews and represent the function in sales and stock meetings
• Support and drive the supply portion of S&OP and IBP processes
• Oversee SAP-related projects and lead planning module implementation
• Communicate stock risks and mitigation plans to multifunctional and e-commerce teams
• Develop and implement Power BI supply chain reports to monitor supply health
• Represent Japan in international logistics matters, including customs and compliance
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Marketing, Retail, and Finance for supply scenario planning
• Co-manage temporary staff and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Practical experience in supply planning within a global FMCG company
• Prior experience in supply planning for imported and food products
• Experience with SAP SD/DRP or similar ERP systems, and SAP S4/Hana projects is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP and supply planning software preferred
• Understanding of D2C and wholesale retail models
• Skilled in import processes, customs, duties, and food registration
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
