Job Description

The Material Planning Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of raw material procurement and inventory management. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with suppliers, ensuring adequate stock levels, and overseeing supply chain processes within the life science industry.

Description

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process of raw materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.
  • Develop strategies for efficient and cost-effective supply chain management.
  • Oversee the execution of supply chain processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team.
