Job Description

This company primarily focuses on staffing services and contracted work, responding to the needs for technical professionals in the construction industry both domestically and internationally.
In terms of staffing, they dispatch a diverse range of personnel, including construction management professionals, CAD operators, designers, and safety managers.
For contracted work, they undertake tasks such as design and shop drawing creation for architecture, civil engineering, facilities, electrical systems, and plants.

[Comprehensive Architectural Technical Position]
Roles include construction management, CAD operation, design, administration, operations & maintenance, and building maintenance.

Many employees have started and thrived with no prior experience! This includes a large number of foreign nationals who began with no background in the field.

The company offers extensive post-employment training and provides full support for acquiring relevant qualifications.

■ Background of Recruitment:
Due to the increasing variety of projects in the technical outsourcing business, the company is recruiting new members nationwide.
They are seeking individuals who are motivated to take on construction management work—even without prior experience.

■ Specific Duties Include:
◇ Preparing documentation… Creating documents to obtain construction permits from clients and government agencies.
◇ Photographing and managing construction records… Taking and managing photos to document when, where, and by whom construction work was done.
◇ Creating administrative documents… Producing documents related to construction planning and reporting.
◇ Participating in daily and regular meetings… Attending morning and evening briefings, and regular meetings to confirm construction progress.

■ Future Responsibilities:

Creating and adjusting schedules to ensure timely building completion

Ensuring safety management of on-site workers

Conducting regular site inspections

Creating necessary construction drawings using software such as AutoCAD

As you gradually become familiar with these tasks, you’ll be able to lead large-scale projects.

■ Team Structure:
Depending on the project, teams typically consist of 2–3 members, and up to 10 members for larger-scale projects. You will not be expected to work alone, so rest assured.

■ Comprehensive Training Support:
They provide a structured training program designed to develop professional engineers who support social infrastructure. Training lasts approximately 2 weeks to 1 month after joining and includes everything from basic business etiquette and PC skills to foundational knowledge in architecture and how to use architectural software.
Note: You will be paid during the training period.

◎ Business skills training (business manners, mindset, office applications)
◎ Construction knowledge training (safety management, building structure, blueprints, photography techniques)

■ Why Join them:
◇ They work with major manufacturers and government agencies, so our business foundation is rock solid. This is an ideal environment for those who want long-term careers in a stable setting.
◇ They offer support systems for obtaining professional certifications, as well as qualification allowances (based on internal policies), helping you become a specialist in various systems. Since this is a field where the number of certifications directly enhances your market value, you can steadily increase your salary as you grow.
