主な職務内容

• PythonおよびFastAPIを使用したスケーラブルなバックエンドサービスの開発・保守
• RESTful APIおよびGraphQL APIの設計・実装
• AWS（Lambda、EC2、API Gateway等）を活用したインフラ構築・運用
• Terraformを用いたクラウドプロビジョニング自動化およびCI/CDパイプライン管理
• セキュアコーディング実践、IAM管理、暗号化、データ保護対策
• コードレビュー、ドキュメント作成、アーキテクチャディスカッションへの参加

Join a fast-growing electrification tech startup as a Backend Engineer (Python + AWS) and take ownership of designing, building, and scaling cloud-native SaaS solutions. You'll work in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment and contribute to high-impact systems that support Japan's transition to electric commercial fleets. This is a hands-on role where innovation, automation, and clean code are core to the team's engineering culture.

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI

• Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs

• Deploy and manage infrastructure using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, EC2, API Gateway)

• Automate cloud provisioning with Terraform and maintain CI/CD pipelines

• Apply secure coding practices and manage IAM, encryption, and data protection

• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and architecture discussions

必須条件
経験・資格：

• Pythonを中心としたバックエンドエンジニアリング経験4年以上
• FastAPIまたは類似フレームワーク使用経験2年以上
• AWS（Lightsail、Lambda、EC2など）のハンズオン経験
• RESTおよびGraphQLによるAPI開発実績
• TerraformまたはCloudFormationによるInfrastructure as Code経験

テクニカルスキル：

• AWSエコシステム（S3、RDS、API Gateway、IAM）の専門知識
• PostgreSQL、Athena、クラウドネイティブデータベースの利用経験
• GitHub ActionsまたはGitLab CIによるCI/CD運用経験
• Dockerを用いたコンテナ化ワークフローの実践経験

ソフトスキル：

• 問題解決能力
• 細部への注意力
• プロアクティブ；スピード感のあるアジャイル環境で実力を発揮できること

語学力

• 日本語：中級（JLPT N3以上目安）
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル

Experience:

• 4+ years in backend engineering with a strong Python focus

• 2+ years using FastAPI or similar frameworks

• Hands-on with AWS (Lightsail, Lambda, EC2, etc.)

• Proficient in API development (REST and GraphQL)

• Experienced with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or CloudFormation)

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of AWS ecosystem (S3, RDS, API Gateway, IAM)

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Athena, and cloud-native databases

• Skilled in CI/CD using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI

• Experience with Docker and containerized workflows

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in fast-paced, agile teams

• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Japanese: Intermediate (JLPT N3+ preferred)

• Experience working in SaaS or multi-tenant platforms
