Join a globally renowned entertainment and consumer products company as the Director of Brand Commercialization. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the growth of the company's Fashion and Home product lines in Japan through licensing, strategic partnerships, and cross-border initiatives. Collaborate with regional leadership, guide licensee success, and contribute to shaping long-term brand expansion in a dynamic, creative market.
Formulate and lead commercialization strategies for Fashion and Home categories to support Japan market growth.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with strategic licensees.
Adapt global strategies in collaboration with APAC teams and lead cross-border initiatives tailored to Japan.
Achieve annual revenue targets while contributing to long-term brand expansion planning.
Manage key licensing partners across contract negotiations, product development, and marketing promotions.
Analyze market trends and performance to inform strategic planning and execution.
Support licensee-led marketing campaigns to increase consumer engagement and brand visibility.
