A top-tier global corporate and transaction bank is seeking a Client Onboarding & Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of transaction banking solutions in Japan. In this high-impact role, you'll manage client onboarding, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative cash management services while driving digital transformation and process improvements.
Manage end-to-end onboarding for transaction banking and cash management solutions
Coordinate implementation of products such as payments, liquidity, and e-banking platforms
Act as the primary client contact throughout the onboarding and implementation process
Liaise with legal, compliance, technology, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
Oversee documentation, account opening, and technical system integration
Ensure adherence to internal governance, regulatory standards, and audit support
Lead initiatives to improve onboarding processes and digitize workflows

Deep understanding of cash management products, Zengin/SWIFT payments, and e-banking platforms
Proven track record in project coordination and stakeholder management
Native-level Japanese and fluent English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a client-focused approach to delivery
Familiarity with ERP and TMS systems such as SAP and Kyriba
Knowledge of API and host-to-host integration technology
Collaborative mindset with team leadership capabilities
