金融コンプライアンス or 法務経験2年〜。急成長中の外資系金融機関です。

幅広い資産クラス、法域、フィンテック関連事業にわたるコンプライアンス業務に携わることができます。法務・規制運営を複数のビジネスラインに渡ってサポートする、非常にやりがいのある役割です。

※6ヶ月の契約社員としてスタートしていただきますが、その後の正社員登用を想定しています。

• 商業および規制関連の法務・コンプライアンスアドバイスの提供
• 社内ポリシー、契約書、法的ドキュメントのレビュー・管理
• コンプライアンスモニタリング、監視業務、AML（マネーロンダリング対策）コントロールの実行
• ライセンス取得、商品コンプライアンス、KYC、金融規制に関する助言
• マーケティング資料やウェブサイトなどデジタルコンテンツのレビュー支援
• 顧客苦情、規制当局からの問い合わせ対応、監査準備業務
• 社内向けコンプライアンス・法務研修の企画・実施

Step into a pivotal compliance position at a fast-growing global financial institution. This is an exciting opportunity for a compliance professional to support legal and regulatory operations across multiple business lines. The role starts as a 6-month contract with a strong possibility of transitioning to a permanent role based on performance. You'll gain broad exposure to compliance across asset classes, jurisdictions, and fintech-driven operations.

• Provide legal and compliance advice across commercial and regulatory matters
• Review and maintain internal policies, contracts, and legal documentation
• Execute compliance monitoring, surveillance, and AML control processes
• Advise on licensing, product compliance, KYC, and financial regulations
• Support the review of marketing materials and digital content (e.g., website)
• Manage client complaints, regulatory inquiries, and prepare for audits
• Deliver internal training on compliance and legal awareness topics

必須条件
経験・資格：

• 金融業界のコンプライアンス、または法務関連業務経験2年以上
• AML対応またはコンプライアンスモニタリング業務の実務経験
• 日本の金融規制・資本市場に関する実務知識
• MS Officeツールを使えること

語学力：

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル（必須）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）

ソフトスキル：

• 問題解決力
• ある程度独立して課題解決に取り組めること
• チーム間・異文化間で効果的にコミュニケーションが取れること

• 日本の規制当局対応経験
• 資本市場、デリバティブ、クロスボーダーコンプライアンスに関する知識・経験

• コンプライアンス文書や社内ポリシーの作成・レビュー経験
• 基本的なデジタルコンプライアンスツールの利用経験

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in compliance or legal roles within financial services
• Hands-on experience with AML procedures or compliance monitoring
• Proven familiarity with Japanese financial regulations and capital markets
• Interaction with Japanese regulatory bodies is highly preferred

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Native level (required)
• English: Business level (reading/writing and spoken communication)

Soft Skills:

• Independent, proactive problem-solver with a detail-oriented mindset
• Collaborative communicator who can work effectively across teams and cultures

• Experience in capital markets, derivatives, or cross-border compliance
• Understanding of fintech or online brokerage business models
• Ability to draft and review compliance documentation and internal policies
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic digital compliance tools
