- Planning, implementing, and analyzing the effectiveness of customer outreach.
- Implementing trend analysis, segmentation, and client-telling measures using a CRM platform.
- Supporting VIP and royal customers in working with store staff.
- Designing touchpoints in offline channels such as direct mail and gift measures.
