【概要】
以下のような幅広い業務を統括していただく予定です。
◆資本政策、経営戦略、財務戦略の立案と実行（ROEマネジメント、投資採択基準、配当方針、資本コスト管理など）
◆企業価値の最大化を目指したコーポレートファイナンス（資金調達、CF最大化、投資実行など）
◆予算統制および管理会計の制度化と実施
◆時価会計、連結会計、キャッシュフロー会計など財務管理
◆決算業務、税務業務、開示業務
◆IR（投資家関係）およびリスク管理業務
◆M&A、企業再編、資本提携、業務提携に関する戦略の立案と実行
◆CEOおよび株主との関係構築 など
