今までのご経験や研修の成果に応じて、以下のいずれかの業務を任せます：
- Azure Cloudに関するサポートエンジニア
- Azure IaaS VM領域のテクニカルサポートエンジニア
- Developer & Azure Services (DAS) サポートエンジニア
- 法人顧客のネットワーク環境および Azure を含むクラウドネットワーキングに関するサポートエンジニア
- Windows デバイスと展開に関するサポートエンジニア
- Windows システムおよびアプリケーションのパフォーマンスに関する専門的なトラブルシューティングを行うサポートエンジニア
- Windows Server 環境におけるストレージ構成および高可用性（HA）機能に関するトラブルシューティングと技術支援を行うサポートエンジニア
- Windows クライアント環境におけるユーザーエクスペリエンス全般（UI 表示、ログオン／ログオフ、ユーザー設定、Shell、スタートメニュー、ファイルエクスプローラーなど）に関するトラブルシューティング
- Active Directory（AD）および認証基盤に関するサポートエンジニア
