■ポジション概要：
大手金融グループの中核企業にて、証券ビジネスにおけるITプロジェクトの企画から運用までを担う、プロジェクトマネージャー（PM）／ビジネスアナリスト（BA）を募集しています。
配属先はエクイティフロント領域のIT部門。法人投資家向け株式・先物・オプション取引に関連するシステムの開発・改善を推進し、トレーディング・ディーリング業務や営業支援をテクノロジーで支える重要なポジションです。
PMとしてプロジェクト全体の管理・推進を行いながら、BAとして業務要件の調査・整理、システム化計画の立案も担っていただきます。現場のビジネスユーザー（トレーディングデスクやミドルオフィス）との連携を通じて、現場視点での改善提案と実行をリードしていただきます。
■業務内容：
・証券取引業務を支えるシステムの企画・設計・開発・運用
・プロジェクトマネジメント（スケジュール管理、課題解決、進捗フォロー等）
・業務要件のヒアリングおよびシステム要件への落とし込み
・ビジネス部門（フロント／ミドルオフィス）との継続的な折衝・調整
・ユーザー視点でのシステム改善提案、導入までの推進

・ビジネスおよびシステムプロセスの分析経験

英語：読み書きに支障がないレベル（会話レベルでのやり取りも歓迎）
【歓迎スキル・経験】
・株式やデリバティブなど証券商品の基礎知識
・証券業界（特にフロント／ミドルオフィス領域）での3年以上の業務経験
・ステークホルダーとの協働や人材育成経験
・ITインフラチーム（ネットワーク・サーバー等）との連携経験
・Java、C#、Python、Oracleなどを用いた開発経験
