業務内容：
ホテルの収益性の監視と改善に取り組むと同時に、オーナー、監査人、規制当局のニーズを満たす財務業務処理ができるファイナンス＆ビジネスサポートディレクターを募集しています。
ホテルの財務運営や資産の安全管理をあなたに一任し、信頼をもってお任せするという、やりがいのあるポジションです。
主な職務：
- 常に適材適所となるようチームを管理および指導
- 会計実務を極めて高い水準に保ち、財務管理手順の倫理的および法的コンプライスを確保
- 財務分析、データのトレンド、市場情報を介して財務収益を最大化し、予算を策定
- 支払いオプション、在庫管理、財務に関する紛争解決を改善し、お客様体験を向上
- 買掛金勘定から購買や給与支払までの多数の財務担当従業員を監督
待遇：
- 月額給与：614,000～1,065,000 円 ※ご経験スキルによりご相談

- 会計または監査分野での 4〜8 年間の経験および、アシスタントコントローラーまたは
同様の監督担当として 1 年以上の経験 - 会計管理業務に関する知識。たとえば、給与処理、資産管理業務、ビジネス予測の提
供、移転分析、政府関連報告書の作成、納税申告書の提出など - 日本の税務知識、または資格を保有していること
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
経験：
- ホテル財務、ホテルスペースおよびテナントリースの交渉などの経験者優遇
