Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain - Management, or a related field.
• 8 – 10 years of professional experience in export/import operations, sourcing, sales, budgeting, and general management in food industry.
• Demonstrated success in market development, sales performance management, and driving product innovation.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade practices, customs regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to support growth and expand market presence.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasts, cost controls, and monitor sales performance indicators.
• Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and international clients.
