Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support, installation, calibration, and troubleshooting for engineering and scientific instruments.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on optimal usage and applications.
Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
Travel globally to support customers, resolve technical challenges, and enhance product adoption.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal R&D teams, offering insights for product enhancement.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of support cases, customer interactions, and field reports.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in field application engineering or technical support within the manufacturing or scientific instruments sector.
Strong understanding of engineering and scientific instruments, including troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with global clients.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally (up to 50% of the time).
Analytical and problem-solving mindset for diagnosing technical issues and delivering effective solutions.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
