JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage production and quality departments, ensuring targets are met with optimal quality and cost efficiency.

• To ensure full utilization of manufacturing resources and streamline operations as well as develop continuous improvement plans.

• To maintain equipment, enforce safety measures, and implement 5S practices.

• To manage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to maintain production flow and storage efficiency.

• To collaborate with cross departments including engineering, maintenance, purchasing, and operations teams to resolve bottlenecks and maintain smooth workflows.

• To provide relevant training and development programs for subordinates as well as ensuring employee productivity.

• To monitor production planning & scheduling based on operational demands.

• To oversee quality system implementation as well as ensure products quality meets company standards and customers’ requirements. 
   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or equivalent.

• Minimum 10 years of experience as Operation & Production Management in Manufacturing / Engineering sector, experience in Automotive Parts Manufacturing industry would be added advantage.

• Strong Leadership and People Management Skills in Manufacturing setting.
