Job Responsibilities:
To take responsibility for installation, start-up, commissioning, performance validation and acceptance of company sensors, analysers and solution projects on customer sites.
To provide troubleshooting, application, and on-site service support for existing installations.
As and when required responsible for Inhouse Service of Instruments at Hyderabad Service facility
To manage projects as assigned by the Manager.
To clearly communicate plans and progress to customers and the company team, both local and global.
To closely work with sales team to provide leads on customer unmet process needs, competitive activities and anything important observed in field.
To keep proper documentation of all jobs conducted (field service report) and proactively communicate with customer and company internally.
To provide outstanding service to customers, supported by the global team.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering in (Electrical, Electronic & Instrumentation) or equivalent.
5+ Years’ experience in industrial automation, instrumentation with strong training and exposure to pulp & paper process or chemical process automation and DCS operations.
Strong understanding about instrumentation, field devices, communications.
Strong computer programming skills and knowledge of computer and control networking.
Complex troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to travel to customer’s sites in India and aborad (if required).
Must be able to communicate well in English and local language
