- マーケティング活動を調整し、広告キャンペーン、イベント準備、流通マーケティングのサポート。
- マーケティング調査を実施し、CRMレポートを作成し、製品データの正確性を管理。
- プロジェクトの円滑な実行のために、マーケティングパートナーやベンダーとコミュニケーションを取ります。
- サンプルリクエストの対応や顧客の問い合わせを処理し、営業チームをサポートします。
- オフィスの郵便物を管理し、事務的なサポートを提供し、必要に応じてオフィス業務をバックアップ。
- 管理職から指示されたその他の関連業務やプロジェクトを遂行。
- マーケティングおよび事務アシスタントの経験が2年以上ある学士号または同等の資格
- 英語と日本語での優れた書面および口頭のコミュニケーション能力
- Microsoft Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPointの熟練した使用能力
- IT市場および関連技術に関する基本的な知識または強い関心
細部に注意を払い、複数のタスクを処理する能力
基本給 USD55,000-70,000 (DOE) + Bonus
