Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 6 members and supervise financial matters, including income statements, FP&A, accounting, and tax
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects in financial accounting and the finance department
• Plan and operate management accounting processes
• Provide business insights through data and analysis to influence decision-making and increase factory operating profit
• Prepare quarterly budgets and handle process-related tasks such as consolidating and reporting figures (sales, capital investment, profit and loss)
• Manage financial operations, including procurement, line operations, sales contracts and credit analysis, asset management, inventory management, and transfer pricing
• Business trips to both domestic and overseas locations may be required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting/finance
• More than 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Practical experience in management accounting
• Prior leadership experience
• Management experience preferred
• Proficient in accounting systems (SAP or MS Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess a valid MBA, CPA, or CFA qualification preferred
• Professional level Japanese and English
