職務内容:
- グループ内部監査計画の策定・実施・改善
- 各事業部門や子会社に対する監査の実施（インタビュー、資料閲覧、調書・報告書作成）
- 管理職や監査対象部門への業務改善提案・指導、コンプライアンス強化の推進
- 監査結果を踏まえたリスクマネジメントの提案・実行支援
- J-SOX整備支援・評価業務（経営者評価、監査法人対応）
- 国内外の事業部やバックオフィスメンバーと連携し、監査手続きを推進

- 内部監査に関する基本的なスキルおよび知識
- 子会社管理に関する基本的なスキルおよび知識
- 読み書きレベルの英語力
- 内部統制監査（J-SOX）業務経験尚可
