職務内容
【Mainframe Director】メインフレームの戦略的計画と管理
- メインフレーム、IBM WAS、IBM MQ、データベースの運用を管理
- エンジニアチームの指導・育成
- ITとビジネス部門と連携し、サービスを調整
- システムのアップグレード、保守、最適化を実施
- ベンダー管理と予算策定、コスト効果を追求
