【Database Manager】として以下のことを担当していただきます！：
- 基幹インフラの運用リード
- エンジニアチームのマネジメントと育成
- IT・業務部門との連携によるサービス提供
- システムの保守、最適化、技術導入の推進
- セキュリティ、予算、ベンダーの管理
