Job Description
Permitting and Project Documentation
・技術チーム、法務チームと協力してプロジェクト関係の書類準備、作成。
・許認可関係のプロセスを管理し、経済産業省、公益事業、森林局、その他行政との協議を行う。
EPC Management
・インベストメントチームと協力して設計、調達、建設等の請負業者と交渉、商談を行い、全体を
サポートする。
・実行スケジュールの作成、提案、管理
・工事の進捗状況を確認、関係各所との調整を行い、 プロジェクトに関するレポートを作成し、関係各所に共有、報告を行う。
・キャッシュフローマネジメント(超過コストを最小限に抑えるような提案、実行、管理)。
