Description

• System Deployment & Integration: Install, configure, and test airline and airport applications, integrate third-party software, and set up common-use workstations.
• Customer Engagement & Support: Work closely with airlines, airport authorities, and local technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and operation.
• Technical Analysis & Optimization: Conduct system performance evaluations, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless technical operations.
• On-site & Remote Support: Provide third-level support, work with maintenance teams, and help resolve engineering issues while ensuring SLAs are met.
