[Luxembourg] Japanese Speaking Global Custody Operation - Client Relationship
ルクセンブルクにある国際的な銀行がカストディ・オペレーション・クライアント・リレーションシップの候補者を探しています。
主な職務
- 顧客管理：主に日本国内の投資アドバイザー、投資家、プロモーター、ディストリビューターからの問い合わせ、リクエスト、クレームへの対応。
- 新規顧客の口座開設、アンチマネーロンダリングおよびKYCポリシーに準ずる
- AML-KYC顧客関連文書および社内手続きに関する文書の管理
- クライアント・リレーションシップ部門を代表し、社内の他部門および社外のすべての取引関係者にサービスを提供する。
応募条件
- 銀行、証券会社、アセットマネジメント会社での実務経験必須
- 日本語および英語（文書および会話）に堪能であること。
- 顧客との関係構築・維持に成功した実績があり、対人スキルが高く、自発的。
- AML/KYCの知識があれば尚可。
- ファイナンス、経営学または関連分野の学識があれば尚可。
