・秘書業務
所長のサポート
書類作成補助
スケジュール管理、アポイントメントアレンジ、出張手配
・会計、経理関連業務
本社の会計担当者とのやり取り
会計、税務アドバイザーとのやり取り
請求書処理、支払い業務
財務諸表作成
給与、所得税の処理サポート
・事務全般
来客対応
電話、メール対応
オフィス機器及び備品の管理
募集要項
・日本語、英語ともにビジネスレベル以上
・総務、会計、秘書のいずれかの経験
・一般的な会計知識があると尚可
・MS Officeの使用が問題なく可能
・ビザの制限なく勤務できる方(YMS、PSWの方はご応募いただけません)
