【仕事内容】
・賃貸住居をお探しのお客様への電話やメールでの対応
・お客様情報をシステムに登録
・紹介物件の内覧アレンジ
・家主との交渉、リファレンスチェック、賃貸契約書類作成、入居準備
・賃貸契約における規定、規則などの理解
・賃貸期間中のお客様のケア
・新規物件の獲得、マーケティング準備（物件写真、ビデオ撮影）、家主への状況報告
・その他事務処理作業

・ITスキル（エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント）
・コミュニケーション力の高い方
・自主的に、積極的に業務出来る方
・営業経験のある方優遇
・自動車免許必須
【語学力】
日本語:ビジネスレベル 英語: ビジネスレベル
【ビザ】
英国にて就労可能なビザをお持ちの方
YMS VISA の方は１年半以上期間が残っている方
