長期的で資本集約型プロジェクトのノンリコースおよびリミテッド・リコース・ファイナンスのアドバイザリーおよび債務アレンジメントを提供。電力・再生可能エネルギー、インフラ、天然資源、住宅金融などに注力。
役割の目的プロジェクトファイナンスの開発、実行、管理をサポート。
主な責任銀行業務:
- プロジェクト/ストラクチャードファイナンストランザクションのモデル設計・構築。
- 財務モデルに関する問い合わせ対応、クライアント会議出席。
- モデルのレビューとストレステストの適用。
- ジュニアの育成・トレーニング。
- キャッシュフロー分析ペーパーの作成。
- クライアントとの連絡、顧客サービス提供。
- 社内ネットワークの構築と情報収集。
- RORA計算およびスワップライン計算。
- コアシステムおよび手順の理解。
- 情報覚書およびプレゼンテーション資料の準備。
- 承認活動のサポート。
- 国際的な出張の可能性。
証券業務:
- 商品スイートに関するトランザクションのマーケティングおよびオリジネーションの促進。
- データおよび情報の共有、会議出席、意見提供。
- プロジェクトファイナンスモデル構築の経験2-5年。
- 財務モデリングの経験。
- 強力な財務モデリング経験およびエクセルスキル。
- プロジェクトファイナンスモデルの構築・管理経験。
- 財務会計の理解とビジネス意識。
- 優れたIT知識とスキル。
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキル。
- 正確で優れた注意力。
- 自主的に作業し、優先順位をつける能力。
- 学位レベルの教育または同等の資格。
- 会計、ファイナンス、工学資格が望ましい。
- 英語と日本語に堪能。
