Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all quality-related issues, including internal, supplier, and customer concerns.
- Conduct audits, ensure standards like ISO9001 are met, and maintain documentation.
- Monitor quality metrics like scrap rates, rework, and defect rates (PPM).
- Use techniques like Six Sigma and FMEA to improve processes and products.
- Write reports, update procedures, and present progress to stakeholders.
- Make decisions on product inspections, reject nonconforming goods, and release documents with approval.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or relevant fields
- Min 2 years QA/QC experience in Semiconductor/Manufacturing industry
- ISO9001 QMS knowledge is preferred
- Well versed with tools like FMEA, PPAP
