JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial data.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
