JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Profit and Loss Management: Full responsibility for overseeing profit and loss, improving cost efficiency, and optimizing yield.
• Ship Selection: Choose ships with optimal intake, speed, and bunker consumption, and monitor daily bunker consumption.
• Port Operations: Secure port call berth windows, negotiate terminal contracts, and manage indirect costs.
• Claims Handling: Address cargo, container, and vessel damage claims in collaboration with the legal team.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market demand and supply, strategize trade routes, and understand competitor activities.
• Service Expansion: Increase sailing frequency and service coverage through deployment or slot swaps.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in maritime business or business management.
• At least 7 years of experience in shipping line trade.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and quick decision-making abilities.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing situations, systems, and problems.
• Proven leadership capabilities.
