COMPANY OVERVIEW
A global CPA firm is looking for Japanese/English Bilingual Tax Manager.
※Associate (0-3 years) and Senior (3-5 years) Tax positions are also available in the following locations; Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, or Indianapolis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage all tax reporting and compliance with necessary federal, state, local, payroll, property, and other applicable taxes
Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
Manage and coordinate tax audits
Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits
Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes
Liaise with internal and external auditors
REQUIREMENTS
Five to eight years experience in corporate income tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax consulting
BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university
Licensed CPA or EA
Demonstrate leadership, problem solving, and solid oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong technical skills in tax compliance and tax research
Manage, develop and mentor staff, assisting with professional growth and development of staff
Ability to read/write/communicate in Japanese is preferred
SALARY & Benefits
USD $90,000 - $120,000+ Performance Benefits
