会計および税務管理
会計システムでの財務諸表の作成
月末、四半期末、年末の決算業務
外部監査人との年次会計監査の実施
各種勘定科目の調整および管理
請求書および経費の承認
売掛金の管理および税務申告
内部統制 / IT（ERP/RPA）
内部統制ポリシーの遵守
J-SOX基準の遵守
会計システムの保守および更新
チーム管理 / 内部コミュニケーション
チームメンバーの評価および目標設定
他部門との連携による正確な財務報告およびコンプライアンスの確保
応募資格
4年制大学の学士号（B.A.）
会計および財務の経験が7年以上
管理職の経験が3年以上
ERPシステム（SAPなど）に精通
日本語の読み書きおよび会話能力
CPA資格があれば尚可
給与 USD100,000-110,000
