Description
- 国内外の医療従事者・患者との電話およびメール対応（日本語／英語）
- 医療搬送・緊急医療支援に関するコーディネーション
- 医療機関や専門医の選定・連携
- 医療記録・診療内容の確認と整理
- 医療レポート作成・翻訳（日⇔英）
- 社内チーム（医師、保険担当者、オペレーションスタッフ等）との協働
