同社の滋賀工場においてご経験により、金型設計、金型製作、品質改善業務のいずれかに携わって頂きます。
【具体的には・・・】
ご経験に応じて、以下の業務に携わって頂きます。
■金型設計業務
■金型製作業務
■金型保全の徹底、金型の最適化、成形性改善、成形不良低減
■不具合時の金型問題点の発見、対策の立案
■社外、他部門との連携による品質改善の推進
【製品】
プリンターなどのOA機器や家電、自動車関連などの樹脂部品
【装置サイズ】
中型（450t～650tクラス）、大型（650t～850tクラス）

■樹脂成形の製造現場のご経験をお持ちの方
■金型製作のご経験もしくは金型設計のご経験をお持ちの方
【歓迎スキル】
■射出成形条件、金型の構造理論、不具合対応のご経験をお持ちの方
■設備のメンテナンスのご経験をお持ちの方
■OA業界、自動車業界の経験と知識
■射出成形技能士2級以上をお持ちの方
■ガスアシスト成形の知識、ご経験をお持ちの方
■汎用熱可塑性樹脂・汎用エンプラの知識と経験をお持ちの方
■ビジネスレベルでの英語力をお持ちの方
■IATFの基礎知識
