■職務概要
戦略チームマネージャーの指示のもと、下記4項目を推進・サポートしていただきます。また、その業務の中で、各販売会社、カテゴリー部門、その他関連部門の経営陣と信頼関係を構築し、協働することが求められます。
1. 中期経営計画や年度目標策定のための情報収集：
販売会社別損益計算書の分析、予測分析、マーケットシェア分析、競合分析など
2. 主要販売地域におけるシェア拡大、KPI達成に向けたアクションプラン策定、リード、進捗管理：
各販売会社の課題抽出・検討、各販売会社のカウンターパート部門と連携した対策実行（対策戦略策定、競合分析等）
3. 収益基盤の更なる強化と持続的成長に向けたアクションプランの策定：
:チャネル別戦略の策定
PSI（生産・販売・在庫）の管理と予測との整合性の確保
低価格商品や古い商品の取り扱い方針の策定
4. ランニングエコシステムの拡大と推進によるブランド体験価値の向上：
会員の拡大。
デジタルの連携によるランニングエコシステムの拡大。
