Job Summary
当社経理業務全般を担当するチームの一員として、日本の会計基準を遵守し、US会計基準を参考としながら、経理業務の正確な遂行と業務プロセス改善やコスト管理サポートに従事していただきます。輸入消費財小売・卸売業界での経理経験があり、SAPおよび英語を活用できる方を求めています。
Main Duties
経理
・ SAP財務モジュール（FI/CO）を活用した会計財務処理
・ 日次・月次・年次の仕訳作成及び入力
・ 輸入買掛金処理、海外送金手配
・ 輸入商品在庫計上、特にGoods Receipt＆Invoice Receipt関連仕訳
・ Cost of Goods 分析
・ 未払経費計上及び支払い処理
・ 楽楽精算ツールに基づく支払い関連計上
税務・コンプライアンス対応サポート
・ 税務監査証憑整備及びサポート
・ 会計監査証憑準備及びサポート
プロセス改善・コスト管理サポート
・ 経理業務の効率化・自動化の推進
・ 経費削減の提案およびコスト管理提言

・ 経理・財務の実務経験（3 5年以上）
・ SAPの業務経験（FI/COモジュール）
・ MS Office特にExcelの使用経験
・ 分析力・問題解決能力が高い方
・ チームプレイヤーであり協力的、Proactiveに動くことができる
・ 時間管理skillがあり、柔軟性に富む
・ ビジネスレベルの英語・ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル（読み書き・会話）
Preferable condition
・ 輸入消費財小売・卸売での経理経験
・ US GAAP および日本の税務知識
・ 簿記2級以上
