・DEI関連施策（研修およびイベント）の年間計画策定／実行／効果測定
・注力テーマ（インクルーシブリーダーシップ開発、アクセシビリティ向上、女性活躍推進など）に関する研修やイベントの企画／実行／効果測定
・ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション（広報／社員ネットワーク／コーポレートカルチャーディビジョン）
・チームメンバーのマネジメント
