・海上および航空輸送やフォワーディング業務等の実務経験5年以上
・国際物流の入札業務、外部パートナーとの協業経験
・社内外、部門横断プロジェクトのリード経験
・英語力（グローバル業務経験、ダイバーシティ環境での業務経験）
■歓迎
・関税の知識（原産地規則、品目分類、関税評価等）
・アパレルやフットウェアにおけるグローバル物流実務経験
・システム、マテハンを含めた国内外の物流センター倉庫立ち上げ経験
・AIなどテクノロジーを活用し需要計画の精度向上を実現した経験
