【職務概要/ミッション】
ヨーロッパの弊社工場にある品質保証部と技術的に連携し、顧客に対する品質保証窓口として担当顧客をサポート。
【仕事内容】
品質改善エキスパートとして、国内外で発生する当社製品の品質不具合に対して故障解析を行い、海外から提供された技術資料をもとに、改善に向けた進捗の説明や報告を客先に対して行います。また、不具合の未然防止に向けて、工場側とともに改善活動とその実施管理も担当。業務の過程で、海外の工場側との技術的なやり取りや資料作成・管理も多く発生します。なお、本ポジションは客先に出向くこともありますが基本的には、仙台オフィスでの電話とメールによる客先対応により業務を遂行します。
【課題/チャレンジ】
保有する技術知識や経験を駆使し、製造サイドとの調整により客先の高い技術的要求にいかに応えるか。
【出張の有無と頻度】
入社後に1～2週間のポーランドやドイツの工場への出張あり。通常業務ではほとんどなし。

Required Skills
【応募要件】
（必須）
・品質管理のツールに熟知し、3～5年ほどの半導体業界（半導体装置以外でも可）での品証エンジニアリングの経験を持ち、製品の品質や正確性について意識を高く持ち業務を遂行できる方。
・ストレス耐性の強い方。
・英語スキルは技術的なやり取りができれば可。
