ミッション実現に向けて、弊社では医療機関向け運営支援事業を行っております。創業から10年が経ち、現在では国内だけでなく、海外（アメリカ、ベトナム、インドネシア）にも積極的に展開をしています。日本だけでなく、世界の「医療という希望」を一緒に創っていただける方を募集します。
～お任せする主な業務内容～
アメリカ市場をメインターゲットに海外M A全般をお任せします。経営陣やグローバルチームとも連携をしながら、CUCグループのさらなる海外展開を推し進めていただくことを期待します。
【具体的な業務】
・CUCグループの成長目標に沿った市場調査と経営へのレポート
・M Aの案件サーチ
・M Aの相手先との交渉やスキームの構築
・企業価値（株式価値）の算定
・デューディリジェンス
・資金調達
・契約書類の作成と交渉
