- 顧客との直接のやり取りを通じて、自社製品の構築ならびにサポート
- 顧客のシステムへのソフトウェアのインストール、アップグレード、コンフィギュレーション設定
- システム構築時の検証テスト
- 顧客からのQAに対する技術サポート
- ドキュメント（オペレーションマニュアル、インストールMOP、コンフィギュレーションシートなど）の作成
