■バリュエーション及び財務モデリング
◇国内企業及び海外企業に関する買収時の取引目的及び会計処理目的の価値算定業務
・株式価値、事業価値算定
・優先株式、ストック・オプションの価値算定
・無形資産価値算定
・条件付き対価の価値算定
・減損テストに関する価値算定
・会計基準に基づく金融商品の公正価値測定
・バリュエーションに関連する領域のアドバイザリー業務（グループ内監査法人の監査サポートなど）
◇財務モデリング
・買収取引及びプロジェクトファイナンスにおける財務モデルの作成

パートナー：5名 / ディレクター：6名 / シニアマネジャー：3名 / マネジャー：10名 / シニアアソシエイト：6名 / アソシエイト：19名
