特殊化学品メーカーの飲料添加剤を主とした部門にて受発注を中心に顧客サービス担当をしていただきます。顧客との関係を確立し、維持することを求められるポジションです。

大手特殊化学品メーカーであり、世界中の顧客に対して高品質な材料保護製品を提供しています。50名程度の風通しのいい雰囲気のオフィスと、APAC組織で7の国と地域の事務所と横並びで働いていただくグローバルなポジションです。
Description
- 顧客との長期的な関係を構築し、維持する
- 顧客からの注文を処理し、フォローアップする
- 顧客のニーズと要求に応じて製品の提案を行う
- 顧客の問い合わせに迅速に対応し、問題を解決する
- チームと共に新しい販売戦略を開発し、実施する
