  Our client is a leading aluminum manufacturer in Asia, specializing in high-quality aluminum products for various industrial applications. They are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as following;

Position :                             Maintenance Engineer 
Location :                            Pluak Daeng, Rayong
Business Type :                  Aluminum Manufacturing and Products.
Working day :                      Mon – Fri (Some Saturday)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

• Minimum 5 year’s experience in maintenance within the aluminum industry or related manufacturing sector.

• Strong knowledge of aluminum processing equipment and recycling technologies.

• Knowledge and Certification in maintenance-related fields is a plus.
   

Job description

• Maintain and ensure the efficient operation of aluminum processing and recycling equipment, as well as facilities

• Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues related to equipment and facility systems.

• Develop and implement preventive and plans to minimize downtime.

• Coordinate with the production and quality control teams to enhance efficiency and maintain standards.

• Design and install new machinery and modify old machinery includes making modifications to older machines to improve efficiency or adapt to new processes.

• Plan maintenance for machinery and systems by developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance plan to ensure all machinery and systems are operating efficiently and to prevent unexpected breakdowns.

• Monitor and enhance safety standards within the facility.
