SALARY:               60,000 – 100,000 THB

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our automotive manufacturing operations, specifically focusing on assembly and metal stamping processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive manufacturing, with proven expertise in managing production lines, ensuring quality control, and optimizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Schedule Production: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize workflow.

• Resource Management: Ensure adequate stock levels of raw materials and manage the procurement of necessary resources.

• Equipment Oversight: Select, maintain, and oversee the operation of production equipment, ensuring it meets safety and efficiency standards.

• Monitor Production Processes: Supervise and adjust production processes to maintain high productivity rates and product quality.

• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control programs to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of production workers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed, promoting a safe workplace.

• Performance Analysis: Collect and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and supply chain, to ensure seamless production operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, with a focus on assembly and metal stamping processes.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

• Proficiency in production management software and a solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
