Job Description
- Bachelor's degree of Business administration, logistics or related field.
- At least 10 years experiences in Warehouse and Logistic
- Strong analytical with excellent communication skills.
- Teamworking, ability to network with people and interpersonal skills.
- Good command in English skill.
- Able to work on Saturday.
- Develop strategic plans and policies to improve warehousing operations.
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation to make sure inventory level and sale are met with financial plan.
- Source subcontractors for logistics service provider
- Prepare documents with relevant government agencies for permit and licenses application and approval processes.
- Prepare and issue approved work order to subcontractor.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for shipment arrangement and customs clearance processes.
- Review draft import entry documents.
- Provide direct management support to employees on all matters relating to people development and training, leave, compliance and complaints.
- Expedite with subcontractor for shipments schedule, and coordinate with internal team for materials arrival.
- Review invoice and proceed with payment request.
