Job Description
Position: QS Engineer Manager (Building, Construction)
Salary: 50,000 – 80,000THB +/- (Negotiable)
Location: Bangkok. (Project site near Bangkok)
Our client is brand of Main contactor Building and Construction in Thailand.
Position:
Responsibilities:
Cost Management: Oversee all cost-related activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial risks and develop strategies for dispute resolution.
Procurement: Develop procurement strategies and oversee the tendering process.
Project Oversight: Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time, while meeting quality and safety standards.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed cost reports and financial statements to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
Experience: over 5 years of experience as QS engineer Building project.
Strong interpersonal skills and experienced
Fluent English and a Thai speaker.
