Job Description
Responsibilities:
Create plans, control, and establish production standards.
Oversee production lines to ensure smooth operations.
Responsible for Kaizen, productivity, maintenance systems, budget control, and cost-down projects.
Coordinate monthly production processes for all products.
Resolve issues that arise on the production line.
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal delays.
Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to meet production demands.
Assign workers and other staff to specific production operations.
Monitor tasks to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
At least 10 years of experience in production control in any manufacturing industry.
At least 5 years of management experience as an Assistant Production Manager (with over 200 subordinates) in the Japanese manufacturing industry.
Experience in Kaizen, productivity, maintenance systems, budget control, and cost-down projects.
Conversational level of English.
Experience in production control for seatbelt components or automotive parts is a plus.
Leadership personality with the ability to work as a team.
Good supervisory skills, decision-making ability, and effective communication.
Proactive attitude with proven problem-solving abilities.
