A leading global automotive company specializing in metal and plastic parts is seeking a capable individual to lead an established team effectively. Proficiency in QA/QC processes is an essential requirement for this role. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in stamping and injection molding, coupled with strong team management skills to drive the team towards achieving the company’s objectives.

Position:                     QA/QC Supervisor/ Asst. Manager

Salary:                         35,000 – 45,000 THB / Month

Working Day:               Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage QA&QC resources to support production schedule.

• Control and improve working performance of subordinates.

• Maintain and ensure consistency of auditing and inspection following the established Process Control Plan and Acceptance Sampling Plan on the shop floor.

• Participate in problem-solving efforts with all concerning departments to investigate and follow up the actions are met both internal and external customers.

• Provide support for handle non-conforming material, root cause analysis and mistake proofing.

• Provide support for activities of Quality Management System.

• Encourage and motivate subordinates to participate the established continuous improvement projects.          

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any in related fields.

• At least 10 years in QA/QC with Automotive industry, preferable Japanese manufacturing.

• Must have knowledge of Stamping and Injection.

• 3 years in management role as Supervisor or Asst. Manager level.

• Able to communicate in English.

• Strong analytical thinking, technical skill and leadership skill.

• Able to work under pressure.
